A LUNATIC’S DOINGS.
CREATES A SENSATION IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. THEN ATTEMPTS SUICIDE. London, April 14. On February 2o a man named Henry fired off a revolver in the House of Commons, giving as his reason that the Government was suppressing Tolstoi’s teaching of the Messiah. At the trial he pleaded overwork and insanity, and was bound over to, keep the peace. Yesterday Henry was found in 'his residence at Leominster, shot in the head. He is in a critical condition. His wife was found dead, with’ her throat cut.
