Dunedin, April 9. Delegates from the four college football clubs ,met this morning. It was decided that the constitution of the committee should be two delegates for each college, and that its object should be to arrange the details touching games with all visiting university teams, to play the University of New Zealand. The conference also ratified the invitations already sent to the Sydney University, asking it to send a team to tour the Dominion. It is' reported that the visit was probable, and could be expected in September.
