The .Bench, criticised the form of document and the'practice of drawing wills without adequate knowledge of testator’s circumstances. The Public Trust Office solicitor explained that to the office were re-draftedanything seemed irregular. Judge* hidv,birds ’ said a personal interview whS'desirable if not absolutely necessary in all cases.
