FIVE PEOPLE ARRAIGNED FOR FRAUD.
A BERLIN HORROR
Berlin, March 27. In connection with the death of ninety-two paupers at Christmas time, Julius Scharmach, a chemist and maker of methylated alcohol, two commercial travellers, and two publicans, have been arraigned for fraud.
