VIGOROUS MEASURES BY THE
NEW GOVERNMENT
PIRACY TO BE SUPPRESSED
(Received 28, 9.35 a.m.) Sydney, March 28. Files from China state that the Government lias issued 'a notice forbidding the wearing of/ mandarin robes, because tliey are a relic of the Manchu dynasty. They also decreed that all criminals shall bo shot on the scene of the crimes. The Government is making determined efforts to suppress piracy.
