SOUTH AFRICAN BUDGET.
SURPLUS OF NEARLY HALF A MILLION. FRESH TAXATION EXPECTED. (Received 25, 8.40 a.m.) Capetown, March 21. Tho Union Budget shows a surplus of £446,000 and a debt of £114,000,000. A total of £237,000 fresh taxation is anticipated in 1913.
