WOMEN INVADE THE NANKING ASSEMBLY. AND TERRORISE MEMBERS. Pekin, March 23. A number of women, dissatisfied at tho Nanking Assembly’s lukewarmness in regard to women’s franchise, invaded the Assembly, smashed the windows, mauled the guards, and terrorised the members into opening the question.
