THE ULSTER MEN DRILLING AND MARCHING. DETECTIVES KEEPING WATCH. (Received 25, 8.40 a.m.) London,- March 24. Drilling and route marches of Ulster Orangemen continue on a large scale. On Sir Edward Carson’s advice each has signed a Magisterial declaration that the object of the marches was recreation, so as to keep within the law. Detectives regularly attend the drills. Messrs Redmond, O’Connor and Dillon sat for two hours in conference with the Premier and the Home Rule Committee of Cabinet at Downing Street.
