VIENNA JOURNAL SUGGESTS A PEACE MOVEMENT. WITH KAISER AS LEADER. (Received 25, 8.10 a.m.) Vienna, March 21. The “Piestr Lloyd” states that the Kaiser’s visits to Emperor Francis Joseph and King Emmanuel encourage a hope that a co-ordinated attempt is being made to promote a settlement of the Turco-Italian conflict.
