THE MUCH-HERALDED BELFAST SPEECH. GARRISON STRUNG'ITT ENED. London, February 5. Catholics and Nationalists have boon urged from all Catholic pulpits in Belfast to abstain from attending Air AVinston Churchill’s meetings. It is unofficially announced that the commandant recommends that the garrison bo increased from 1700 to 5000.
