SITUATION IN SERVIA.

ACTIVITY BY AN OFFICERS 7 ASSOCIATION. POSITION AS IN 1903. (By Electric Telegraph.—-Copyright.) (United Press Association-* ■ (Received 29, 8.40 a.in.) Belgrade, January 28. The “Tribuna” and “Novosti” both detail the activity of an officers’ league called “The Black Band,” who demand the dismissal of lhe_ Radicals or King Peter’s abdication in favour of the Crown Prince. It is alleged that the agitation arises from the political and material condition of the country. Many young officers connected with the 1903 movement who are concerned in the plot, say the situation is similar to that of 1903 coup d’etat. It is expected that the Crown Prince will now be separated from the league.
