A. AND P. ASSOCIATION.
MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE. A meeting of the Stratford A. and P. Association’s executive committee was held last evening, when there were present;—Messrs W. P. Kirkwood (in the chair), F. Dobson, G. Sangster, D. J. Malone, and G. S. Hobbs. ' The tender of the “Stratford Evening Post” for printing the annual bal-ance-sheet was . accepted. Correspondence wsls received from Mr R. H. Nolan, honorary secretary of Egmont-Wanganui Hunt Club, with reference to the Gymkhana. Mr Nolan regretted that he was unable to assist the Association in framing a programme/or the gymkhana, as his club had not held a meeting of that kind, and/ho had never been connected with fine. But he would endeavour to get/members of any club to send along/entries. Tljc Committee then drafted a strong amt attractive programme for the frports meeting, to be submitted to the general committee to-day. Mr Malone moved, and Mr Hobbs seconded, that it be a recommendation to tho general committee that if tile 'programme bo adopted the gymkhana bo held on Easter Monday.
