A YOUTH RE-ARRESTED. (Pe»- Press Association.) Christchurch, January 12. James Russell, who, ,'on Thursday, was charged at Amberley for manslaughter of Geo. Henry Shaw, at Leithfield, on December 29th, last, and the charge against whom was dismissed by the Justices of the Peace who heard it, was arrested to-day and brought before- Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M., and again charged with manslaughter. He pleaded not guilty and was remanded to January 18 at Am 'berley. Bail was fixed, accused in £2OO and two sureties each of a similar sum were forthcoming. The prosecution is a private one, the information having • been laid by David Shaw, the father of deceased.
