The “Methodist Times” says the Government must obtain a satisfactory declaration from the Papacy whether the recent decree prohibiting suing of Catholic clergy in secular Courts ■vithout permission of the head of the Church is applicable to Ireland. It was impossible to. accept Archbishop Walsh's statement as the final word.
