Mr. Willis, in a communication to the press, defends his action in suspending the leader of the Hansard staff, alleging that it was duo to insubordination. The leader of the Hansard staff, in a lengthy reply, traverses Mr. Willis’ statements. Tie courts the fullest enquiry.
