Tho price of new flour is fixed at £8 10s. Old flour remains at £8 15s. COMMONWEALTH REVENUE. Melbourne, January 3. The Commonwealth revenue for s’x months shows an increase of £571,233 on the previous corresponding period. FEDERAL CLOTHING FACTORY. Melbourne, January 3. Tho Federal Clothing Factory , has commenced operations. The building covers half an acre. The conditions of employment embody labour ideals. The factory closes for a fortnight eacli Christmas to allow employees an animal holiday an full pay.
