The princes of Southern Mongolia have resolved to support the Imperialists against the revolutionaries. They will declare their independence if the Republ’c is established. Ynan-Shih-Kai visited the palace to obtain from the Dowager a million taels. There arc many indications that the northern troops are anxious to resume Hostilities. The revolutionaries who attacked Hankow were strangers from a distance,. and were not aware of the armistice. Their attack was unsuccessful.
