A. FRENCH CAUSE CELEBRE RECALLED. MAJOR’S LIBELLER MULCT. (Received 22, 8.5 a.m.) Paris, December 21. ■ The Appeal Court has confirmed the verdict in Major Dreyfus’ libel action against the newspaper '‘Francaise” in February. The verdict imposed 3200 francs damages and fine and ordered n widespread publication of the verdict.
