POISONING SUGGESTED.
INSURANCE SUPERINTENDENT ARRESTED. VICTIM’S BODY EXHUMED. (Received G, 12.30 p.m.) London, December 5. Frederick Sedclon, district superintendent of the London and Manchester Assurance Co., has been charged with poisoning with arsenic Eliza Barrow. The body has been exhumed. It is alleged that Scddon controlled the woman’s property and paid her an annuity.
