Owing to an alleged technical informality in the nomination of Mr. John Diggins, who was returned as a representative of the Strathmore Ri 1ing at the Whangamomona County elections, a petition for enquiry has been lodged and will he heard at the Magistrate’s Court, Stratford, on December Ist.
