Its protection for minorities was illusory. Mr. Ramsav Macdonald complained regarding the rights the Bill gives the minorities, hat believed it amendable. Mr. Churchill evoked a demonstration of disapproval by expressing the opinion that the courts wore biassed and doubtless were unconsciously dealing with questions involving class and party issues.
