MEXICANS FOR ABROAD
(Rec. 8.40 p.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 31. The Mexico City correspondent of The New York Times learns authoritatively that the Mexican Government has decided to send troops to the overseas battlefronts.
Several mechanized divisions equipped with the most modern weapons are already being trained with the cooperation of the United States High Command.
