R.A.F. RAID ON MILAN
(Rec. 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, October 28. According to the newspaper Popolo d’ltalia the Royal Air Force raid on Milan caused 30 large and 300 small fires, 10 of which involved economic or industrial targets. The newspaper adds that bombs also hit two hospitals, five schools, one university, and several churches.
