WEDNESDAY (Before Mr R. C. Abernethy, S.M.) For allowing chimneys to go on fire Andrew Sharp and Alice M. Cameron each were ordered to pay costs 10/-. Henry Williams pleaded guilty to driving in a restricted area without dipping the headlights of his car. He was ordered to pay costs 10/-. For driving a car without a driving licence, Constance Wilson was fined 10/-, costs 10/-. Herbert Joseph Spriggs was fined 30/-, costs 10/-, for casting offensive matter in a public place. Alexander Rouse, for being in possession of liquor in the vicinity of a dance hall, was fined £2, costs 10/-. For riding a bicycle on a footpath, John Gorman was fined 5/-, costs 10/-.
