Y.M.C.A. TAKES OVER TENNIS COURTS
Arrangement arc in train for the Y.M.C.A. to take over the courts of the Central Tennis Club next to the Southland Bowling Club's green. The courts will be used by the Y.M.C.A. Tennis Club, the membership of which includes both men and women. These courts originally belonged to the Y.M.C.A. and were used by the association until about 1922. It is understood that the membership of the Central Club has been so heavily hit by the war that it is unable to carry on. at least in the meantime.
