MAIL ARRANGEMENTS FOR MONDAY

There will be no delivery of mails in the city on Monday. Labour Day. No mails will be dispatched from Invercargill tomorrow. On Monday street posting boxes in the business area of the city will be cleared at 7 a.m, and mails for Dunedin and north of Dunedin will be closed at 7 a.m. for dispatch by the 1.25 p.m. train. Air mail correspondence will be cleared at 5.30 pan. on Monday for dispatch by the 6.40 pan. train. Tlic telegraph office will be open from 9 a.m. till noon and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday. The telephone exchange will be open continuously.
