CHEST INJURIES

When lan Fraser, aged 5. of Waimahaka, fell from a cart at his home yesterday he received severe chest injuries as a result of a wheel passing over him. He was admitted to the Southland Hospital, where his condition last night was reported to be serious. Gerald Hishon, aged 15, of Gladneld, was admitted to the hospital yesterday with a broken wrist received when he fell during a hurdle race. Patrick McArthur and Estelle Scloss, both of Invercargill, were admitted to the hospital yesterday suffering from broken wrists, received, as a yesult of fells.
