Collett, for £3/7/-, costs £l/5/6; Bowden’s Mart, Ltd. v. J. A. Bellett, for 9/6,' costs 10/-. J. Junor (Mataura) was ordered to pay to the National Mortgage and Agency Co., Ltd., the sum of £lO/8/forthwith, in default 11 days’ imprisonment. He was also ordered to pay the same creditor £24/7/- forthwith, in default 25 days’ imprisonment.
