TOM MIX’S FAMOUS HORSE DESTROYED
(Rec. 7.25 p.m.) NEW YORK, October 7. The late Tom Mix’s celebrated film horse, Tony, who was aged 40 and blind and ailing, was humanely killed. Norwegian police are busy checking the identity papers of inhabitants within the area Subjected to a state of emergency. Large numbers whose papers were not in order have been arrested.
