Cloudy with Fog (Special) WELLINGTON, October 8. Following is the special weather forecast for Southland, issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington:— Moderate east to north-east winds. The weather cloudy with some patches of fog or light drizzle especially near the cast coast; temperatures moderate. The weather in Invercargill yesterday was beautifully tine, calm and sunny. At 1 o’clock this morning the weather was cool, clear and calm. The barometer reading was 30.23111 (falling).
