£100 IN CASH STOLEN

(P.A.) AUCKLAND, October 6. The safe in the great central meat market which extends from Queen street to Lome street, was blown open by gelignite and £lOO in cash taken. It is believed the robbery occurred early on Sunday morning as an explosion was heard by the nightwatchman.
