RATIONING COUPONS
New Books This Month (P.A.) WELLINGTON, October 6. The issue of new ration books, including the second period clothing rationing coupons, will begin on October 19, six weeks earlier than originally intended. The earlier issue is being made on representations of the clothing trade to enable the public to purchase seasonal goods. Twenty-six coupons will be issued, making 52 for the period to May next.
