REGULAR COMMISSIONS IN BRITISH ARMY
LONDON, August 18. Young officers wishing to make the Army their career now have the chance of obtaining regular commissions which have not been granted since the outbreak.
Selection boards will favour men with proved powers of leadership and wide interests, also those with flying experience. “The old school tie” no longer counts.
