BURNS ON FACE AND HANDS

Robert Simmers, a farmer, of Conical Hills, was admitted to the Gore Public Hospital on Saturday suffering from superficial burns of the face and hands. It is understood that he received the bums while he was blasting stumps. His condition last night was stated to be satisfactory. BABY SUFFERS BURNS A baby boy, aged 20 months, Francis Herbert, son of Mr and Mrs M. O. Herbert, Ardwick street, Gore, was admitted to the Gore Public Hospital suffering from severe burns received when he pulled an electric jug full of boiling water over himself. His condition last night was reported to be satisfactory.
