Reginald Collins, Ltd., proceeded against J. Grindley on a judgment summons. An order was made that the judgment debtor pay the sum of £32/9/6 forthwith, in default 33 days’ imprisonment in the Invercargill prison, the warrant to be suspended so long as the debtor pays the sum of £l/10/- a month, the first payment to be made on October 26, 1940.
