RUGBY FOOTBALL TEAMS FOR LIMEWORKS MATCH TOMORROW A football match between teams from Doherty’s Limeworks and J. G. Ward and Co.’s Limeworks wil be held at Centre Bush tomorrow. Scully, S. Payne, R. Coster, S. Herriott, E. Robertson, D. Weir, D. Johnston, A. Blackmun, A. Robertson, D. Coster, T. Casey. Emergencies: A. Murphy, M. Cosgrove, C. Hawkins, H. Bellamy. SCHOOLS AT PLAY Otautau school pupils, under the supervision of Mr C. Nicholson and Miss Beggs, visited Winton to try conclusions on the playing field with the local school teams. Honours were even in the basketball match, each side scoring ten goals. At’ Rugby football the visitors gained the verdict by 18 points to three. GOLF CLUB MATCH

The following is the draw for a Stableford match over 27 holes, to be played by the men on the Winton golf links tomorrow for a trophy presented by Mrs F. A mixed four-ball stroke match over nine holes will constitute the match for the closing day of the club on September 22.
