DETAILS ALMOST COMPLETED
COMPULSORY WAR LOAN (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, September 17. An announcement setting out the Government’s proposals concerning the compulsory war loan is expected soon from the Minister of Finance (the Hon. W. Nash) who is endeavouring to arcedure and details had been practically completed and preparations for printing the prospectus are in hand.
