DAMAGES AWARDED
CONSTABLE HIT BY MOTOR. (Per United Press Association.) New Plymouth, June 4. In the Supreme Court this morning Constable Samuel Small was awarded £l3O 8/6 damages against George Henry Fletcher, for negligent driving of his car. The constable was riding a motor cycle and Fletcher cut the corner too close.
