FACTORY IN RUSSIA

ENGINEERS BEING TRAINED.
London, May 7.
The Manchester Guardian’s Moscow correspondent says an American firm has agreed to build a huge factory in Russia. Its annual output will be 2,500,000 tons of pigiron, and eventually 4,000,000 tons. Twentyfive Russian engineers are being trained in America.
