THE DECLINE IN OTAGO.

Wool value figures for Otago reveal a decline of 50 per cent, compared with the previous season; 76,568 bales were offered as against 91,282 bales for the previous year, the total proceeds being £779,791 as "against £1,843,591. The average price per lb dropped from 15.48 d to 8.5 d.
