Sir,—Regarding the Bayswater subdivision of Otautau River Board: Two letters from dissatisfied ratepayers on the above subject Lave appeared in your columns. The question now is: Are the members entitled to let work to themselves and take the ratepayers money?—l am, ONLOOKER.
