ADDITIONAL POWERS SOUGHT. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright) (Rpc. 7.50 p.m.) Canberra, May 26. Legal difficulties will prevent the Federal Ministry holding a referendum this year seeking additional industrial and constitutional powers. It is possible that a general election will be held next year simultaneously with the referendum.
