MAWSON EXPEDITION
VOYAGE NEXT SUMMER.

The Prime Minister, Mr Scullin, has announced that Sir Douglas Mawson’s expedition with the Discovery into the Antarctic would be continued during the coming summer from November’to March. He was convinced that the work was of great’ national interest. Mr Macßobertson, who contributed £lO,OOO to the last expedition, had contributed a further £6OOO, which was gratefully acknowledged.
