MR W. J. POLSON’S APPEAL. ' (Per United Press Association.) Wanganui, May 23. An appeal for -lower costs of production and' decreased tariffs on necessities was contained in' an address this morning by the Dominion President of the Farmers’ Union, Mr W. J. Polson, to. the delegates of the interprbvincial conference, his address being on similar lines to those delivered by him, in the South Island.
