MELBOURNE, June 26. i Speaking at the Empire League luncheon, Rear-Admiral Clarkson emphasised the need for Empire uniformity in naval defence. H? strongly urged that the League should endeavour to bring about a dominions' co- ; ordination, in order that the Pacific and \ Indian Oceans and Australia and New Zea- I land should have adequate naval defence.
