GOVERNMENT AND VILLA'S FORCES. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Per United Press Association.) NEW YORK, June 23. Advices from San Antonio state that the Government forces killed 14 supporters of Villa and executed their leader in a fight at Casa Grandas. This is the first important fight since the new regime was inaugurated. COMMA X i )EE U E I ) WOO L SALKS TO LOCAL MANUFACTURERS. «*tA QUESTION OF PRICE. (Special to Times.) WELLINGTON. June 25. v A complaint about the sale of wool at the commandeered price to local manufacturers was made in (he House to-day by Mr McCaLum, or rather Hie member far Wairau asked a question and moved for a return winch showed clearly the ground for the complaints which be seemed to have in mind. It is generally understood by the pubhc that private woollen spinners had the right to buy wool at the commandeer prices, and after having acquired the wool at this reduce i price there was little or no check upon them as (o the use they should make of 1 lie manufactured articles. They might export them or they might sell them at, the maiket price, which was based on the English wool prices. There is the further tact that the Imperial Government is pledged (o return to the wool producers per cent, on all profits realised from (lie resole of wool in Britain, and there is not such a requirement upon the New Zealand buyers of the wool which was not exported. Mr McCallum may have some of these things in mind. At any rate he has asked a question about the subject, and moved for a return showing the purposes for which this commandeered wool was used by the New Zealand manufacturers. i

He made another suggestion also in his question, that the commandeer should cease as from March 31 instead of a) June 30, t.tging as his reason that in going beyond March 31 the requisition was overlapping on another wool season.
