THE SYDNEY GATHERING. POSTPONEMENT TILL NEXT YEAR. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 24. Official information has been received from the secretary of the Press Congress o£ the World which was to bo held at Sydney next October that force of circumstances mainly political, have necessitated postponement of that function till Easter, l'J2l. The circumstances which dictated this decision are the change in the Slate Government which prevented certain decisions being arrived at in time to hold the conference in October, the prevailing drought in th« State and the un.-ettied condition of the international shipping services. The State Government is, however, in perfect sympathy with the congress and will render every' assistance when it meets next y r ear.
