MACHINE THAT HOVERS. REVOLVING WINGS INSTEAD OF PROPELLORS. (By Telegraph.-—Press Assn.—Copyright.) PARIS, June 20. Louis Damblanc has invented an aeroplane with revolving wings instead nt a propeller, enabling the machine to rise vertically from the ground and hover in the air. PARER’S FLIGHT. NEW MOTOR REQUIRED. WELTEVREDEN, June 19. Parer and Macintosh have requested the Dutch-Indian Government to send a new motor with reserve parts to Singapore. Apparently it has become necessary to replace the motor.
