ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES DENIED. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 16. A short time ago a cabled report was circulated to the effect that the office of Lord President of the Council would take over departmental work in connection wiih the overseas dominions. The Secretary of Slate for the Colonies has now sent a cable informing the Prime Minister lhat Mr Lloyd George, who was asked in tire House of Commons on June 3 whether such a new departure was intended, stated (hat the reply was in the negative.
