ANOTHER APPOINTMENT EXPECTED, 'Special to the Times.) WELLINGTON. June 15. It is now fairly certain that the Prime Minister will be making another appointment to the Ministry shortly. It may not be possible for him to do this until after he has met his party at the opening of the session, but niter that meeting he will probably have made a decision first of all os to whether another appointment is to be made, and then as to whom the appointee is to be.
